We are so very excited to see you on Saturday, October 12th at The Amp Ballantyne! Vegfest is open to the public from 12:00pm - 6:00pm with VIP customers arriving as early as 11:00am.

PLEASE NOTE: This venue has a strict no glass products policy (this includes candles, jars, etc.). Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

SETUP & BREAKDOWN: We ask that you set up by 10:30am and break down no earlier than 5pm so that latecomers can have the full Vegfest experience!
SPACE DETAILS: Each Vendor space is approx 10ft x 10ft. Vendors need to supply their own chairs, tables and tents(the venue needs tents to be weighed down with sandbags, etc), but we will have a few available for rent upon request with a notice by October 7th first come, first serve. Please bring carts and things with wheels to help you unload. This is an outdoor venue so a tent or cover is recommended. Generators are allowed but you will need cable protectors like this for pedestrian safety.

RESTROOM ACCESS There is a bathroom facility near the vendor area. There will also be port-o-johns throughout the venue.
TRASH/RECYCLING: As in past Vegfests, this year's festival is styrofoam-free. Compostable plates, forks and such are strongly recommended.
